Since 1987 Bruce has practiced in the private sector, and advises clients on customs classification, valuation, marking, penalties, free trade agreements and other aspects of customs law. Additionally, Bruce has developed expertise in other agency laws administered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, including FDA, USDA, CPSC, EPA, intellectual property rights and others.
Finally, Bruce is the firm's primary contact with respect to advising clients on pending legislation and obtaining legislative remedies to import problems.
