Ms. Edwards is experienced with a variety of U.S. Customs law and international trade issues related to imports, including detentions, seizures, protests, penalties, prior disclosures and audits involving U.S. Customs and other government agencies, e.g., FDA and CPSC. She advises clients with tariff classification, country of origin marking, free trade agreement compliance, as well as other customs compliance issues. Ms. Edwards' practice also involves litigation at the Court of International Trade and the Central District of California.
